OliveGo support
OliveGo is an Apple Watch app for New York City riders. Set up two places and one or two direct subway or bus rides between them, then compare upcoming arrivals at a glance.

Setting up
Everything happens on the watch. Open OliveGo, tap Set up, choose a line (from nearby lines or by its bullet or number), tap your two stops on the line, then name the two ends. Manage saved journeys from the third page, “Your trips”.
Common questions
- Why does it want my location? Only to list lines near you during setup and to guess which way you are going. It stays on the watch. See the privacy page.
- The times say stale, or aren’t showing. OliveGo shows how old the times are and never shows a made-up time. If the MTA has no live prediction for a ride, it says so. Tap to try again.
- Only the subway and MTA buses? Yes: NYC Transit subway (including the Staten Island Railway) and MTA buses. It is not a trip planner, and it does not do transfers.
- Can I save several journeys? Yes. Save up to eight, swipe horizontally to switch between them, and add, edit, or delete them in “Your trips”. OliveGo remembers the selected journey. All features are included with the app purchase; there are no in-app purchases.
